Philip Schwartz is a Top 1% producing Chicago real estate agent, recognized year after year for his performance.

With 15 years of selling building materials and 12 years of selling real estate, Philip has spent almost his entire professional career around the residential housing market. He has interfaced with architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors. He brings a unique expertise to every home he markets.
